Kacper Górniak​, Ph.D.

Appointed as a notary by the Minister of Justice in 2023, when he also started his own notary’s office in Chrzanów. In 2018 he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, where next he defended his PhD on private law in 2022. Apart from being a notary, he also conducts a scholarship activity. He is an adjunct at the Civil Law Chair of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University and the author of publications in the field of civil law, in particular property, succession and comparative law. The author of two scientific monographs, numerous commentaries, and articles in scientific journals (such as “Kwartalnik Prawa Prywatnego”, “Rejent”, “Przegląd Sądowy”, “Krakowski Przegląd Notarialny”, “European Review of Private Law”). He finished research stays abroad (i.a. in Hamburg, Heidelberg). The investigator in research projects finanscec by the Polish National Science Centre, including the project dedicated to family foundations.
